SALES STAFF

You are the first person the client will deal with, either by telephone or face to face.

You represent the Company.

-          Answering or making calls to clients to learn their needs.

-          Route calls to appropriate source.

-          Answering emails via the Company system.

-          Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported.

-          Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming and clarifying information,

-          Building lasting relationships with clients based on trust and reliability.

-          Manage and resolve customer’s queries.

-          Utilizing software, databases and tools appropriately.

-          Understanding and striving to meet and exceed excellent customer service and targets.

-          Making sales or recommendations for products that may better suit the client’s needs.

-          Taking part in training to expand your knowledge.

-          Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

The client is expecting you to be knowledgeable and to give them the best advice and sell a product that they need and is fit for purpose.

Full time Accounts Assistant

We are actively seeking a Full time accounts person to join our established accounts team to work in our Sotovila office in Pueblo Nuevo (Cadiz)

Please be advised there may be some flexibility needed from time to time with the possibility of increasing hours given the candidate experience, workload and covering co workers

Key Responsibilities

Previous accounts experience would be an advantage
Assist in supporting month end process, quarterly and year end accounts
Flexible approach to work – working as part of a team, cooperating and helping others through busy periods and meeting deadlines
Confident and competent in using excel spreadsheets, to help aid completion of working files and the processing of data entry information
Good level experience of Microsoft Outlook
Pays close attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and flexible working attitude
